I am a Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist practicing under the supervision of Suzanne Wallach, PsyD, LMFT. I understand therapy as a collaborative process that allows trust and authenticity to foster insight and growth, exploring how the past informs the present.

I have extensive experience working with issues related to anxiety and mood disorders, obsessive-compulsive behaviors, addiction, trauma, binge-eating / restricting, life transitions, identity formation, personality disorders, and more. I help clients learn and practice skills for tolerating pain in times of crisis, responding instead of reacting, increasing self-respect, improving relationships, and participating fully in each moment.

My therapeutic approach incorporates psychodynamic, LGBTQ+ affirmative, and humanistic orientations and integrates interventions from experiential, CBT, and DBT approaches to cultivate self-efficacy. I specialize in working with individual adults and couples, as well as adolescents and children ages 5 and up.

I cater my sessions to best fit the unique needs of each client, always meeting them with empathy and authenticity. As an LGBTQ+ affirmative therapist, I offer a safe space for exploring and understanding identity with a nonjudgmental, affirmative, warm stance. My practice provides services to clients of all ethnicities, religions, cultural backgrounds, sexual orientations, gender identities, and relationship expansive communities. My ultimate goal is to remind clients of their own resourcefulness as we work together to create and enhance a life worth living.
