Do you take insurance?

No, I am not in network with any insurance companies. My office can provide you with a monthly superbill, but reimbursement rates are between you and your insurance provider.

What does a therapy session with you cost?

Please inquire directly about fees. Therapy sessions are offered in 45-, 60-, and 90-minute time increments.

What forms of payment do you accept?

My office accepts all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and Health Savings Account cards. We also accept cash.

Do you have sliding scale appointments available?

Sliding scale spots are available on a limited basis. Please contact me for more information on sliding scale rates.

What is your cancellation policy?

I require 48 hours notice to cancel an appointment. Failure to give 48 hours notice will result in a charge of the full fee of your session.

Can you do phone or video Sessions?

I believe therapy works better in person, so I prefer to see clients face-to-face, but in the case of an emergency or having to leave town, I am able to provide phone or video sessions.

Are you available after hours?

All of my clients can reach me 24 hours a day via email. You may also text me non-urgent messages or questions on my work phone, listed at the bottom of this page. Comprehensive DBT clients do have phone coaching privileges and have access to my cell phone.

Do you work with kids, adolescents, couples and families?

I work with children, adolescents, individual adults, and couples. I do not work with families, but can refer you to the family therapist within our practice for those needs.
